Mr. Pi Qiansheng, Standing Member of Tianjin Municipal Committee of the CPC and Director of Tianjin Binhai New Area Administrative Committee, has investigated Tanggu on March 31^st and learnt the current situation of CBD construction. Mr. Liu Changxi, Secretary of TEDA and Free Trade Zone Committee of the CPC and Secretary of Tanggu Committee of the CPC, and relevant principles of Binhai New Area Administrative Committee and Tanggu District have joined meeting.

 

Mr. Pi Qiansheng has mainly inspected the central avenue tunnel project, Yu Jia Pu residence remove site, Couch Bay Commercial Area, site of the residential area for removed residence, and Hai He River Bascule Bridge. He says that the philosophy of building Tianjin Binhai New Area CBD is "zero delay" to seek a healthy and rapid development, both integrated planning designing and its details must follow a high standard.

 

Mr. Pi Qiansheng stressed that the coordination of relevant department is in need. The planning, examine and approve, land administration department must improve the way of working to make it efficient. The removing job of resident is the detailed works of harmonious society building, we must generate many proposals and follow high standard so that resident can benefit from it.
