A brief introduction

TEDA Golden Sail Building is the first three star hotel opening to foreigners. It is located at the First Avenue of TEDA. It is to the west of the Port of Tianjin and Free Trade Zone and to the south of Jing-Jin-Tang Express Way. It has an advantageous geographical location.

The Golden Sail Building covers a building area of 18044 square meters. The building has a unique style. It looks like a giant sailing boat. It gives you a feeling of riding the waves and sailing with the wind.

There is guest room, restaurant and various entertainment facilities in the building. All facilities

were equipped according to three star standards. There are 80 rooms, among which there are three-room suites, two-room suites and standard suites. There are 143 beds. It has a comfortable and elegant environment with centralized air conditioning system, satellite dishes, cable TV, international direct dial telephone, smoke sensor fire protection system, mini bar, and electrical boiler. The bath room appliances are all imported from America. Luxury massage bath tubes are installed in luxury guest rooms for guests to enjoy.

There is Jinwan Restaurant, VIP Restaurant, Korean Barbeque Restaurant and multifunctional hall with 300 seats in the building. There are Cantonese, Sichuan and Shandong flavored dishes and local flavored dishes. Skillful chiefs are employed to cook various delicacies for guests.

There are entertainment and recreation facilities like night club, bowling alley, KTV discotheque, open swimming pool, poolroom, gym and tennis court, etc. in the building.

There is a international standard conference room of 200 seats. The audio system are all imported. Round table meeting and business negotiations can be held here. Besides, there are 4 medium and small conference rooms. Service facilities like beauty salon, Ya Qu Ge, shop, and flight ticket booking, etc. are all equipped in the building.
